Developers from the Czech studio Bohemia Interactive on the official website of DayZ announced that after the players spent five years in Chernarus, the game will finally receive a second official map - Livonia. It was based on a card from the addition of Arma 3 Contact.
The size of Livonia is 163 square kilometers, which are covered with lush green landscapes, dense forests, serene lakes and winding rivers. In addition, bears live on the map.
However, not only predatory animals are dangerous on the new map. Livonia is also characterized by frequent rains and thunderstorms, so players will constantly have to look for shelter and suitable equipment.
According to the developers, Livonia will appear in DayZ for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One soon.
