Deep Silver publisher and Ys Net developers at the Tokyo Game Show 2019 unveiled a new Shenmue III trailer called Spirit of the Land. The authors dedicated the video to the world of the game and what is commonly called the atmosphere.

Recall that at E3 2019, the authors of Shenmue III announced that the PC version of the game will become a temporary exclusive of the Epic Games Store and will reach Steam only a year after the release. A similar decision was met by fans with great dissatisfaction, so each player who financed the project on Kickstarter may request a full refund.

Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney confirmed that the company will personally pay for all returns so that the decision of dissatisfied investors does not affect the developers budget. Later it became known that Shenmue III investors will not receive a seasonal pass, but in the second half of September a trial version of the game will be released for them.

The full version of the project will be released on November 19, 2019 on PS4 and PC.
