Foul Play

Grinding Gear Games announced the release of the Blight add-on for the computer version of the shareware Path of Exile role-playing game.

The addon adds tower defense mechanics to the game, and also introduces a new storyline. The player will help Sister Cassia to stop the spread of fel, erecting defensive towers to defend against deadly monsters.

Blight also includes three redesigned archetypes of characters with new skills and support stones, new items and the integration of two old leagues in the main game.

The release of the add-on on the PS4 and Xbox One will take place on September 9.
