And although the company itself stated that it would not release the game this year, many continued to believe in the imminent release of the new part.

A couple of days ago on Reddit there was information that the game was allegedly being developed, called Project Americas, and its events will take place in the 1970s – 1980s. Among the features of the game called a limited arsenal that can be carried around, changes in buildings and cars over time, the emphasis on weather and much more.

But editor Kotaky Jason Schreyer on Twitter has denied these rumors. According to him, this is a fake. There is no official information about the development of the sixth part.
