Gears 5 became available on September 5 for owners of the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or those who pre-ordered the Ultimate edition of the game. At an early start, players experienced problems in online matches: statistics were not taken into account or connection breaks occurred. In addition, some in-game content was not available at all.

As a token of our appreciation for your patience and support during this weekend’s Early Access, we’re awarding 5 days of Boost (Faster progression) and 600 scrap (Craft Skills or Supply cards). Look out for it in the next 48 hours.

The Coalition Studio recognized the problems and as compensation, the players will receive five days of accelerated increase in experience in the network game and 600 scrap for crafting for the problems this weekend. It is worth noting that players who join Gears 5 before September 15 will be given a set of characters “Terminator: Dark Fates” for free.
