The Greek studio Warfare Sims and the publisher Matrix Games in 2013 released the military strategy Command: Modern Air Naval Operations, popularly known as CMANO or just Command. Over the years, hundreds of official add-ons and user scripts have been released.

Command gained fame as an absolutely realistic combat simulator, which uses all the famous military equipment. This allows you to simulate any military conflict or operation anywhere in the world. And the "professional" version of Command MANO is used by the Pentagon, the Luftwaffe and the UK Defense Science and Technology Laboratory for staff games.

Today, Matrix Games and Warfare Sims announced that Command will have a sequel. The military simulator Command: Modern Operations is announced - an extended and improved version of the original strategy in real time.

For Command: Modern Operations, even more detailed and detailed maps were prepared; more than half a terabyte of satellite images of the terrain were used to create them. The interface has been redesigned from scratch: it adapts to different resolution options, and secondary windows can be dragged to any convenient place.

Military operations continue to take place around the world: Korea, Vietnam, Central Asia, Cuba, the Falkland Islands, Iran, Iraq, Russia, the Arctic Circle. Players will be able to reproduce or simulate any conflicts of the past and future.

More than six hundred official and user scenarios are available, the action of which takes place between the Second World War and 2020. At the same time, all missions from the original Command in the updated form will fall into the new game: Rory Noonan, the author of the scripting set Silent Service, worked on them.

The special function of quickly generating an event will allow you not to waste time on strategic and political difficulties. A heavy-duty script editor, by contrast, will allow you to take into account the most insignificant details.
