Chernobylite authors shared the features of the game in the new gameplay trailer

Developers from the independent Polish studio The Farm 51 published a new gameplay trailer for their horror survival elements Chernobylite, in which they shared the features of the game.

In Chernobylite, you will take on the role of Igor, a nuclear physicist and former employee of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant who survived the 1986 disaster. More than thirty years have passed since then, but he is still haunted by the ghosts of the past. As a result, our hero returns to the Exclusion Zone to put an end to this story and find his beloved, who disappeared during the evacuation.

To do this, players have to collect resources, equipment, information and allies. Surviving in the zone will become harder and harder every day, so use the resources found to craft equipment and weapons, as well as expand the base that will protect you from supernatural threats.

Allied stalkers who can be sent to various missions to save valuable time can also help you. In addition, the developers note that your actions and decisions will affect not only the plot of the game, but also the Exclusion Zone itself.

The Farm 51 previously announced that Chernobylite will be released early on Steam on October 16, 2019. A full release is planned for the second half of 2020. Later, the developers intend to transfer the game to the PS4 and Xbox One.
