A few weeks ago, it was reported that Borderlands 3 would not be available for pre-loading in the Epic Games Store, although the store itself supports this feature.

Today, 2K Games has confirmed that pre-ordered shooters on PC will still be able to download it to their computers before release - the opportunity will appear about 48 hours before the release.

On consoles, preloading will also begin exactly 48 hours before the release, that is, at midnight from September 10 to September 11.
The shooter release, meanwhile, will take place at midnight from September 12 to 13 on the PS4 and Xbox One, and two hours after that, on September 13 on the PC.
