For using this program you will not receive VAC Ban, since the program is not a cheat.
This program performs two simple functions:
Launches the selected game on Steam
When cheating statistics and / or achievements spin up in Steam files any values.
Installation:
- Download archive.
- Unzip it to any convenient place.
Using:
For any of the following items it is not necessary that the game be installed!
That is, you can wind up the statistics, achievements and simulated watches, even without installing the game.
First, you need to run SAM.Game.exe or SAM.picker.exe, then you need to select an item from the following list.
For watch wrap
Select a game from the list and double click on it. After that, another window should appear. In the title of this window will be written the name of the selected game.
Just leave the second window open and go do your own thing.
The clock is wound in real time.
You can wind the clock in several games at once. But the clock for the statistics of the last two weeks will also be summarized. It may happen that the number of hours played will be more than the hours that have passed during these two weeks. Be careful.

Here is an example of how not to use this program: 
To cheat achievements
Select a game from the list and double click on it. After that, another window should appear. In the title of this window will be written the name of the selected game. (Screenshot in the first paragraph)
Tick off the achievements that you would like to receive. Also, to open all achievements at once - you must click on the opening lock to block all achievements - you must click on the closing lock, and to invert (change all the checkboxes to empty fields and vice versa) - you need to press the wrench.
Click on the Store button
If all goes well, then there was a third window of the program and Steam notice.
Cheat statistics
Select a game from the list and double click on it. After that, another window should appear. In the title of this window will be written the name of the selected game. (Screenshot in the first paragraph)
Go to the Statistics tab
Enemy players killed. You have to double-click again in the corresponding graph and cell, then use your fingers to type in the value.
Again, click on the Store button.
Again, if everything went well, the third window of the program itself will appear. (As in the second paragraph)
Several important aspects:
1) Statistics and achievements can be played even with an open game in which you spin.
2) For the example, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive was used.
3) Why is it so volumetric written? To avoid any questions, and if you have any questions - write in private messages, I will answer all!
4) If the game in which you want to change something does not appear in the list of available, then try clicking the Refresh Games button.
If after clicking the desired game still does not appear, then try the following:
Click on the blue TV icon, which is just to the right of the Add Game button.
Check the box next to all appeared items.
If after the execution of the second option the required game still does not appear, then it turns out that this program does not interact with the required game (That is, it does not support).
